Effective January 29, 2012 MCTS introduced several new service changes. During this transition a special hotline will be staffed to answer any of your questions regarding the upcoming service change. Customer service agents are available at 414-937-0460 every day from 6 AM to 6 PM for a limited time. Lists of new and changing stops can also be found here.

Our operators do not carry or make change. Please have exact fare ready when boarding. If you have a pass or are required to show an I.D. to qualify for a discounted fare, please have that ready as well. To purchase tickets and passes please go to the list of Sales Outlets.

Please note: Monthly passes and premium (Freeway Flyer) tickets are not available at all outlets.
