Effective January 29, 2012 MCTS introduced several new service changes. During this transition a special hotline will be staffed to answer any of your questions regarding the upcoming service change. Customer service agents are available at 414-937-0460 every day from 6 AM to 6 PM for a limited time. Lists of new and changing stops can also be found here.

Reduced Fare Card

Elderly persons (age 65 or older) or people experiencing disability related difficulties in riding MCTS buses may be eligible to receive a MCTS Reduced Fare photo identification card that permits qualified persons to ride at a reduced fare on regular fixed route buses. Please note that a valid Medicare Card provides sufficient identification for a reduced fare. 


To have an application for a Reduced Fare card mailed to you, call 414-344-4550, extension 3592, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You may also pick up an application in the Transit Plus office of MCTS, which is located at:  1942 N. 17th St., Milwaukee.
