Effective January 29, 2012 MCTS introduced several new service changes. During this transition a special hotline will be staffed to answer any of your questions regarding the upcoming service change. Customer service agents are available at 414-937-0460 every day from 6 AM to 6 PM for a limited time. Lists of new and changing stops can also be found here.

Summer in Milwaukee

MCTS has dedicated service routes to many Milwaukee events including Summerfest and the Wisconsin State Fair, as well as many lakefront festivals including PrideFest, Polish Fest, Festa Italiana, German Fest, African World Festival, Irish Fest, Mexican Fiesta and Indian Summer. Most events are also served by regular routes.
