Wisconsin State Fair

Freeway Flyer and Shuttle service runs all day, every day to Wisconsin State Fair! Park at specified park-ride lots and ride a Freeway Flyer to and from the State Fair. Or, park at the Watertown Plank Park-Ride Lot and catch a Shuttle to State Fair. Flyer and Shuttle service begins approximately one half-hour before the Fair opens and ends one half-hour after the Fair closes.  (Please note: On Sunday August 5, the Fair ends at 11 pm, bus service is until 11:30 pm. On Sunday August 12, the Fair ends at 10 pm, bus service is until 10:30 pm).

Park-ride lots for Wisconsin State Fair: Flyers from Whitnall/Hales Corners, Southridge and College Park-Ride Lots provide HALF-HOUR service to the Fair. Two Flyers provide HOURLY service: Buses serve the Green Bay Park-Ride Lot every hour at 20 minutes past the hour starting at 7:20 am; and the Brown Deer Park-Ride Lot will be served hourly at 30 minutes past, starting at 7:30 am.

New this year, SOME Route 23 (Fond du Lac - National) buses will be extended during the Fair from downtown Milwaukee, and will stop at the State Fair Transit Center at Gate 4. From downtown, the State Fair bound Route 23 will stop at all regular Route 23 bus stops, starting from 2^nd Street just north of Wisconsin Avenue. West of 68^th Street, the bus will stop at regular Route 56 bus stops until it reaches Gate 4 at the State Fair Transit Center. Not all Route 23 buses will serve State Fair, so look for the Route 23 bus with a State Fair destination sign.

Other local routes: Route 56 (Greenfield Ave.), Route 67 (N. 76th St.-S. 84th St.) and Route 76 (N. 60th-S. 70th St.) stop near State Fair Park entrances.

Please Note: Wisconsin State Fair will NOT offer an admission discount coupon to Freeway Flyer Riders this year.
