Service Alerts for Route 76
  • Effective Wednesday, March 4, 2015, Routes 33 & 76 will return to regular routing due to the completion of construction near the intersection of 60th Street & Vliet Street.

At this time, the Route 64 will stay on detour due to continuing construction on Vliet Street near Hawley Road. However, buses will now layover at their regular location at 60th Street & Vliet Street. Until further notice, the Route 64 will detour as follows along Washington Boulevard:

    ROUTE 64
    Northbound to layover:

    • Continue north on Hawley Road/55th Street
    • West (left) on Washington Blvd
    • South (left) on 60th Street
    • East (left) on Vliet Street
    • Immediately south (R) into “regular” layover

    Southbound:

    • After the layover, north (right) on 60th Street
    • East (right) on Washington Blvd
    • South (right) on 55th Street/Hawley Road to regular route

Signs will be posted at affected temporary stops to reduce confusion.

  • Effective Sunday, January 18, 2015, Route 64 and 76 will no longer serve the bus stop location near  Pyramax Bank. The new bus stop will be moved across from Macy’s (at the end of the walkway). Please note that Route 76 will still layover at 74th Street and Holmes Avenue BEFORE reaching Southridge. Please watch for signs in the area and see the map below for details.

Route 64 The Route 64 and 76 bus stop will be moved from northern mall ring road to southern mall ring road; Route 64 service on 76th Street between Grange and Edgerton will be discontinued – customers can use Route 76 to access these stops instead.

Route 76 The Route 64 and 76 bus stop will be moved from northern mall ring road to southern mall ring road; service reinstated on 76th Street between Grange and Edgerton.
