Survey Helps Transit Prepare for New Fare System

Roughly 400 individuals assisted MCTS by answering a recent online and in-person survey! The comments many left provided excellent insight from the people who matter most – our customers.

Many of you had questions of your own. We want to assure you, we will be answering all of your questions throughout the year as we prepare for the new system. Let’s start by giving you the answers to our most Frequently Asked Questions. We promise to continue to give you extensive information BEFORE the change occurs.

Each month, we will provide a status of where we are on the project and give tips and information on the new system.
