MCTS seeks to establish a contractual relationship with a legal services provider that demonstrates subject matter expertise, responsiveness, and a clear understanding of the legal landscape affecting public sector operations. Legal services may be required on an as-needed basis through ongoing support depending on the needs of MCTS.
