Refunds

Passengers who do not have exact fare may deposit cash in excess of the proper fare in the farebox and request a receipt which may be used to secure a refund. The receipt must be presented and verified at:

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

NOTE: We do not give cash back for remaining balance on MCTS M•CARDs. Converting your unused or remaining pass days into Stored Value is also not allowed.
