How to Use Routes and Schedules

Route Finder
Connect to a map and schedule for each of our 50-plus bus routes. Use the Route Finder drop-down menu (top left column) to identify the route you want to view. Select the route to load the route screen.

Route Screen
The route screen contains links to view timetables for days and direction of travel along with a map and route specific notes. You will find links to download a PDF of the route guide.

System Map
You also can view the entire MCTS System Map. It's a great tool for figuring out what routes will take you where. You'll also be able to easily locate what transfer point comes between your current location and your destination.

Area Maps
Area Maps, such as those for the Freeway Flyers, Downtown and select universities, also are online in a special section. There you'll get a very detailed look at the routes that run in each area.

Wheelchair Access
All routes of the Milwaukee County Transit System are wheelchair accessible.

Holiday Schedules
A holiday schedule is the same as a Sunday schedule and is operated on the following holidays only:
