How do I get my UWM U-PASS?
All U-PASS distribution will take place at the Parking & Transit Office on the ground floor of the Union. Any weekday starting Monday, August 24, 2009. HOURS: Monday through Wednesday - 8 am to 5 pm; Friday - 8 am to 3 pm.

The distribution area will be open later on Thursday, August 27 - 8 am to 7 pm; Wednesday & Thursday September 2 & 3 - 8 am to 6 pm. Starting September 7, U-PASS will be available for pickup during regular posted business hours.

Who qualifies for the UWM U-PASS?
Any UWM student taking at least one course for credit on the Kenwood Campus qualifies for the UWM U-PASS.

How do I use the U-PASS?
If you qualify for the program, you will receive a sticker to be placed on your UWM identification card. It is valid for one semester. Each time you ride a Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) bus, you must present your UWM identification card with valid sticker.

Are there routes that offer direct service to UWM?
Yes. There are many routes located throughout Milwaukee County that provide direct, no-transfer service to UWM. They are:

15 - Oakland-Kinnickinnic
22 - Center St.
30 - Sherman-Wisconsin
62 - Capitol Drive

And the following routes run only during the fall and spring semesters:

21 - North Ave.
40U - College Ave. Freeway Flyer
44U - S. 108th-UBUS
49U - Brown Deer UBUS
60 - Burleigh St.

Commuting from the near-southside? Don’t forget there’s quick and easy way to get to the UWM campus. The Milwaukee County Transit System Route 40U (Holt-College UBUS) stops at the Rockwell Park-Ride Lot (Polcyn & Madison) every weekday during the school year.

The Rockwell stop is north of both the College Avenue and Holt Avenue Park-Ride lots along Interstate 94. Route 40U also provides freeway flyer service to UWM from College and Holt Avenue Park-Ride lots.
