Fred Tarver was pulling away from a red light on the busy Route 21 when an SUV zoomed alongside the bus and made a dangerous and illegal right hand turn in front of Fred's bus.
Fred's quick reaction avoided a bad crash and kept his riders and the knucklehead SUV driver safe.
