Tips for Riding MCTS to Fiserv Forum and the Deer District

  • MCTS routes 19, 31, 33, 34, and 80 normally get you within steps of Fiserv Forum and the surrounding Deer District neighborhood! Several other routes (12, 14, 15, 30, 57, GreenLine, GoldLine, and BlueLine) also operate within walking distance.
  • No need to pay $30-$50 (or more!) for parking — assuming you can even find an open spot. A one-way bus ticket is $2 with the Ride MCTS app or M-CARD. Or if you’d rather pay cash, it’s $2.25.
  • Don’t live along a bus route? Pro tip: Park your car near a bus route (for free) then ride the bus to and from the action. Here are some suggested locations to park your car and then hop on the bus:
    • South Side:
      • Route 80: Park at the Holt Park & Ride Lot on Holt between S. 6th & I-94 and walk over to S. 6th & Holt to board northbound Route 80.  Get off at N. 6th & Wisconsin.  After the game, board the southbound Route 80 at N. 6th & Wisconsin.
    • Near South Side:
      • Routes 19, 80 or BlueLine: Park at the Walker’s Point Park & Ride Lot at National Avenue & S. 8th and walk over to S. 6th & National to board northbound Route 19 or Route 80.  Get off at N. 6th & Wisconsin.  After the game, board southbound Routes 19 or 80 at N. 6th & Wisconsin.  You could also take BlueLine from eastbound National & S. 6th and get off at Wisconsin & N. 5th near the Wisconsin Center.
    • North Side:
      • BlueLine: Park in the northwest lots at Midtown Center and walk over to Fond du Lac & Ely to board southbound BlueLine. Get off at Wisconsin & N. 6th-N. 5th.  After the game, board northbound BlueLine at westbound Wisconsin & N. 5th near the Wisconsin Center.
    • East Side:
      • Route 30: Park anywhere along Maryland or Prospect/Farwell, board westbound/southbound Route 30; get off at westbound Wisconsin & Vel Phillips. After the game, board eastbound Route 30 at eastbound Wisconsin & Vel Phillips near the Wisconsin Center.
    • From Suburban Communities:
      • Glendale: Park near Bayshore or in the Bayshore Park & Ride lot and ride GreenLine (board at northbound 5900 N. Port Washington Road; get off the detoured GreenLine at Jackson & Wells and walk west).
      • Greenfield/Greendale:  Park at or near Southridge and ride Route 14 (board at the northeast Southridge lot stop; get off at Wisconsin & N. 6th and walk north).
      • Brookfield:  Park at or near Brookfield Square and ride GoldLine (board at the stop west of the Food Court; get off at Wisconsin & N. 6th and walk north).
      • Wauwatosa:  Park at or near Mayfair Mall and ride Route 31 (board at the northwest Mayfair parking lot north of Macy’s; get off at Wells & N. 6th and walk north).
      • West Allis:  Park at West Allis Towne Center and ride BlueLine (board eastbound bus at 6767 W. Greenfield Avenue; get off at Wisconsin & N. 5th and walk north).
      • South Shore Communities:  Park along Chicago, Packard or Kinnickinnic and ride Route 15 (get off at Water & Wisconsin and walk northwest).
      • Brown Deer:  Park at the Marketplace of Brown Deer and ride Route 12 (board southbound buses at Green Bay & Deerwood; get off at Wells & N. 6th and walk north).
  • New to riding MCTS? Try downloading the Ride MCTS app on your phone. It lets you easily plan your trip, buy a ticket, and even track your bus. Just beware that the routing may be impacted by all of the detours outlined above!
  • Don't forget your mask! Federal regulations still require masks while on board all public transportation in the United States, regardless of vaccination status. If you don’t have a mask with you, you can grab one from the free dispenser on board (while supplies last!)
  • Go Bucks!
