RR3 Route RR3: Reagan H.S. via BlueLine and Route 20

Date: Sunday, August 16, 2026 

Duration: Winter 2026 

Due to the Construction Roadblock, Routes 24 & RR3 will detour off 16th Street Viaduct, the Route 24 is on detour via Emmber Lane/13th Street, and Clybourn Street to cross the Menomonee Valley. 

The following NORTHBOUND bus stops are INACTIVE during the detour: 

• N16 & Canal (stop ID 2161) 

• N16 & St. Paul (stop ID 2162)  

• Regular stop before the detour – S16 & Pierce (stop ID 2159) 

Please board at:  

• Emmber & Canal (temporary stop) 

• N13 & St. Paul (temporary stop)  

• N16 & Clybourn (NE corner temporary stop) 

• Regular stop after the detour - N16 & Wisconsin (stop ID 2164) 

The following SOUTHBOUND bus stops are INACTIVE during the detour: 

• N16 & St. Paul (stop ID 2056)  

• N16 & Canal (stop ID 2057) 

• Regular stop before the detour – Clybourn & N16 (stop ID 2055) 

Please board at: 

• N13 & St Paul (temporary stop) 

• Emmber & Canal (temporary stop)  

• Regular stop after the detour - S16 & Potawatomi (stop ID 2978)

Due to bridge construction on the 16^th Street viaduct, the Route RR3 will detour via National Avenue, 6th Street, and Clybourn Street to cross the Menomonee Valley.

The following NORTHBOUND bus stops will be BYPASSED:

• S16 & Pierce (2159)
• N16 & Canal (2161)
• N16 & St. Paul (2162)

Please board at:

• Regular Stop – S16 & National (2158) 
• Temporary Stop - 16^th & Clybourn (NE corner)
• Regular Stop – N16 & Wisconsin (2164)

The following SOUTHBOUND bus stops will be BYPASSED:

• N16 & St. Paul (2056) 
• N16 & Canal (2057)
• S16 & Potawatomi (2978)
• S16 & Pierce (2059)
• S16 & National (2060)

Please board at:

• Regular Stop – Clybourn & N16 (2055)
• Regular Stop - S16 & Mineral (2061) (south of National)
