MCTS Driver LaTonya Pembleton is used to providing great customer service, but on a cold day in December of 2016, she went above and beyond, and her actions were caught on camera.
LaTonya helped a blind man cross a busy street and she was rewarded with a hug from the man.
The act was seen by someone who wrote MCTS to say, "The driver touched my heart to see she cared. Good job bus driver!"
