Lost and Found

Lost articles may be claimed by their owners upon proper identification at the MCTS main office from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call ahead to determine whether an item has been found. Please note: items are only held 14 days.

Making a Title VI Complaint 
Any person who believes he/she has been subjected to discrimination in the delivery of or access to public transportation services on the basis of race, color or national origin, may file a complaint with Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS).
