Lost and Found

Lost articles may be claimed by their owners upon proper identification. To see if your item was found call the Lost and Found hotline from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note: items are only held 14 days.

 

M•CARD Services 
Call our automated line 24/7 to check your M•CARD balance! Dial 414-937-0470 and enter your M•CARD serial number (number on the back of your card after the 05-).

Any person who believes he/she has been subjected to discrimination in the delivery of or access to public transportation services on the basis of disability, may file a complaint with Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS).
