Urban turkeys are becoming a regular sight across Milwaukee County, including along Route 31 in Wauwatosa!
A flock of at least four birds leisurely strolled through the middle of State Street as MCTS Driver Charles Ross slowed his bus to a stop earlier this summer.
A passenger jokingly asked Charles, “Don’t they know they’re walking against the light?”
“They do this to me all the time,” Charles replied. “But this is the first time they got this bad!”
