On August 9, 2022, near 76th & Layton, bus operator Dan M. jumped into action to help a senior rider. Dan made sure the passenger would be okay to cross the street without assistance. However, as Dan saw the passenger start to venture out, he made a quick judgement call and decides to help them cross. After patiently helping guide the passenger safely across the street, Dan quickly got back on the bus and on the road! Thank you, Dan, for your kindness, hard work and dedication to MCTS Excellence!
