Sometimes, it’s easy to assume everyone who boards an MCTS bus knows which routes and stops they need to make it to their destination. But we all know that’s not always the case. A customer sent an email praising Bus Driver Heath Petersen. The passenger said that Heath was super helpful in making sure he got to his destination.
