MCTS Driver Michael Karges was driving the Route 14 at 76th and Cold Spring Road on a snowy day in February when he saw a woman on crutches walking across the street.
The woman slipped on the snowy street and fell. Michael immediately secured the bus and raced out to help the woman. As he pulled the woman to her feet, a passenger from the bus joined Michael.
The pair helped the woman across the slippery sidewalk and then kept going. The helped the woman walk two blocks to the store.
